Concerts at 19, 20.30, and 22: TO TRAVEL IS TO LIVE
Oriental Mood plays music the band calls “A world fusion of inspirations from the Middle East, Balcan, India, and Andalusia.”
Opera performance at 19.50 and 21.20:
DANISH ART AND SONG IN PERFECT HARMONY
The Danish Royal opera singer Sofie Jensen, accompanied by the pianist James Sherlock, sings Danish pieces of music from around 1900.

THE ORIENT AT A GLANCE – CREATING FASHION FROM HISTORY
A fashion display by graduate students from the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts, School of Design, whose creations are inspired by the museum’s Islamic art, can be seen on Culture Night and the following week throughout the autumn break. The students have also shot a fashion video that can be seen regularly on the 2nd floor during the evening.
